Introducing the ASGL245 by AUSTAR, this industrial fan is designed to deliver exceptional performance and reliability. With a 24ft diameter, the ASGL245 features five cambered aerofoil design blades made from Aluminum 6063, ensuring efficient airflow and an impressive air volume capacity of 390,000 CFM. The blades are matte silver anodized, providing not only protection but also an attractive appearance.
The fan is powered by a robust 1.2 KW motor with a motor torque of 230 Nm, ensuring powerful and efficient operation. It can operate at a maximum speed of 50 rpm, with the flexibility to vary the speed from 0 to 50 rpm as needed. Operating with noise levels below 40 db, the ASGL245 runs quietly, making it suitable for various industrial settings.
Offering versatility in power supply, the fan can be operated with either a three-phase or single-phase power source at 50Hz. Its sturdy construction comprises a powder-coated M.S. frame and hanging structure, providing durability and resistance to environmental conditions. The fasteners used are high-tensile 10.9-grade HEX bolts sourced from reputable brands such as Unbrako or TVS, ensuring secure and long-lasting assembly.
The fan incorporates a direct-driven PMSM-type drive, further enhancing its efficiency and performance. The control panel is mounted on the wall at a height of 4 to 5 ft from the floor level, featuring a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) from 'AUSTAR' make with an impressive 5-year warranty. The control panel is enclosed in an IP55-rated powder-coated steel cabinet and is compatible with Building Management Systems (BMS), providing convenient and efficient control over the fan's operation.
Safety is a top priority in the design of the ASGL245. It complies with CE requirements, ensuring it adheres to international safety standards. All bolted joints are secured with self-locking type Nylock Nuts, effectively eliminating the risk of loosening during operation. Additionally, for enhanced safety, all bolted joints are wrapped with SS wire rope, providing an additional layer of protection.
